Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Involved in requirements gathering and impact analysis, including evaluating and recommending feasible technical implementations.
  2. Provide IT operational support, including incident management, defect tracking, source code version control, release management, and deployment to Production.
  3. Maintain issue logs and change control records, document operational procedures/guides, and coordinate with users.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 5 years of working experience in the IT or Infocomm industry, with exposure to the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC). Prior experience with implementations in Singapore is preferred.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Microsoft .NET (.NET Framework/.Net Core) and front-end technologies (ASP.NET, C#, HTML/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX).
  3. Preferably at least 3 years of Java development experience using JDK 1.7 and above.
  4. At least 3 years of development experience on Windows/Linux/Apache/PHP/Perl (LAMP).
  5. At least 2 years of Python scripting experience.
  6. At least 3 years of experience with relational databases such as MySQL, MS-SQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, or Amazon Aurora, and proficient in SQL.
  7. At least 3 years of experience in XSL and XML programming.
  8. At least 1 year of experience and proficiency in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), including web services integration using SOAP and REST.
  9. At least 1 year of experience with AWS services like Lambda, SQS, Secrets Manager, CloudFormation.
  10. Preferably experience working in a Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) environment.
  11. Experience in government agency environments with exposure to IM8, WOGAA, Digital Standards, and Singapore government security policies is an advantage.
  12. Preferred experience working with Excel objects, building interfaces to other applications in the .NET platform, and data analysis/extraction for batch processing/ingestion.
  13. Experience implementing security best practices in application development and support is preferred.

**Job Summary**
Generally, Technical Specialist provide technical expertise to support manufacturing in leading machine enhancement, managing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of machines, project execution, accountability on production waste and quality of all machine tools operations and the overall technician resource management in production.

Key job responsibilities
The Data Center Engineering Operation Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center is operating within contract parameters within facilities. Often this will be including risk management and mitigation, corrective and preventative maintenance of critical infrastructure, vendor management and metric reporting.
- Act as the site primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involving communication and relationship management.
- Meet daily hours of operations, on call requirements and response during rotations.
- Manage minor and major planned and unplanned site works for critical infrastructure, with a solid understanding of the works involved, risks, mitigation and seeking approvals within relevant SLA's as required.
- Responsible for the on-site management of contractors, sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring that all work performed is in accordance with established practices, procedures & local legislation.

A day in the life
- Troubleshoot facility and rack-level events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in maintaining electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire systems experience in a data center or critical space facility
- Familiar with the concepts and interaction of Service Management systems (Problem and Change).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in either Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical (military/trade school) degree and relevant experience in a critical environment.
- Understanding of the electrical and mechanical systems used in a data center environment, including but not limited to DRUPS, Transformers, Generators, Switchgear, UPS systems, ATS/STS units, PDUs, Chillers, AHUs and CRAC units.
- Experience in management of vendors/contractors performing construction, maintenance and upgrading works in large-scale critical environment

Sanofi has added two new Evolutive Facilities to our global industrial footprint. These production units (EVF) represent the future of manufacturing. They allow us to increase our capacities while making production more flexible and respectful of the environment.

Fully digitalized, our Evolutive Facilities (EVF) will enable more responsive and flexible manufacturing across multiple vaccine and biological platforms including mRNA, while minimize our impact to the environment. Our EVFs will help improve people’s lives by giving them faster access to more treatments.

In this context, we are looking for one Material Release Specialist to participate in the setting up of the material release process for our new site based in Singapore.

Main responsibilities: Own, author and perform periodic review of incoming material (e.g. starting materials, chemical raw materials, single-use technologies, production consumables) specifications.

Collaborate with technical teams such as MSAT, QC and Supplier Quality to ensure that incoming material specifications are scientifically sound and in line with regulations.

Initiate and own Change Control records to drive and perform revisions to material specifications, as required.

Implement and maintain the site release program for incoming materials, and the continuous improvement of the program.

Be the Subject Matter Expert on release of incoming materials to handle all queries during regulatory and customer audits / inspections.

Independently review incoming material related documents or records (e.g. supplier certificates, incoming material receipt records, deviations, CAPAs, laboratory investigations and change controls), ensuring these meet the regulatory requirements.

Perform timely release of incoming materials, ensuring all quality aspects of the lots are reviewed and assessed.

Initiate deviations related to incoming materials when required and perform escalation to the necessary stakeholders, as required.

Support deviation investigations related to incoming materials in collaboration with other stakeholders (e.g. QC, Supply Chain and Quality Assurance).

Education and Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology or related life Sciences or Technology with at least 7-8 years of experience in related pharmaceutical industry.

Sanofi Manufacturing and Supply organization is preparing its future through an ambitious program named Modulus Facility. The Modulus Project is at the cornerstone of Sanofi strategy as it aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges as well as Specialty Care Biologics products. One of these two Modulus facilities is constructed in Singapore at a new Greenfield site, with a design identical to the one in Neuville (France). The facilities will also have highly digitalized and automated capabilities which is a key enabler for operations using technologies such as autonomous guided vehicles (AGVs), cobots and cloud systems.

Expert II, (Computerized Systems Validation) QA

you are to ensure that computerized systems used in manufacturing and quality control processes are validated in compliance with Sanofi’s quality requirements and the applicable cGMP regulations. Providing quality oversight to the validation lifecycle (i.e., from design to retirement) of computerized systems such as Computerized Information Systems (e.g., environmental monitoring system (EMS), laboratory information management system (LIMS), batch record management systems (MES), Data Historian), Process Control Systems (e.g., distributed control system (DCS), programmable logic controller (PLC)), Digital Infrastructure, Computerized Process Equipment, Laboratory Computerized Systems, and other integrated systems. You will support the establishment and maintenance of site’s computerized systems validation program. You will also be responsible for ensuring that controls needed to ensure computerized systems perform as intended throughout their lifecycle have been identified and implemented.

Key Accountabilities Responsible for ensuring all Computerized Systems Validation (CSV) lifecycle activities meet Sanofi’s quality requirements and fulfil regulatory expectations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Automation, and Manufacturing, in defining and implementing risk-based validation strategy to demonstrate the computerized systems are fit for intended use throughout entire life cycle, and to ensure that computerized systems are qualified and maintained accordingly.

Lead and provide quality oversight for establishing and maintaining site’s computerized systems validation program in accordance with current regulatory expectations, Sanofi standards, and industry practices.

Function as a key quality reviewer and approver of CSV lifecycle documents, including user requirements/functional specifications, validation plans, risk assessments (e.g., system criticality assessment, functional risks assessment, data integrity risk assessments), protocols, and reports.

Author CSV plans and procedures.

Coordinate and provide oversight for the documentation and maintenance of computerized systems inventory.

Ensure continual improvement of CSV program by performing periodic review of the program.

Review, evaluate, and approve CSV related non-conformities and changes, and support investigations and corrective actions.

Ensure all qualification/validation activities are successfully concluded, all documentation completed, and all non-conformities addressed, before the computerized systems are released for GMP use.

Provide support during regulatory inspections and site audits as quality oversight and SME of CSV.

Partner and collaborate closely with cross functional teams to achieve site’s GMP/operational readiness goals/objectives and ensuring all project deliverables are met on time.

About You

Education and experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or related Life Sciences or Technology fields.

A minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Validation and/or Quality in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

Key technical competencies and soft skills: Sound knowledge and understanding of regulatory (including FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11) and GAMP requirements, and industry best practices (e.g., ISO, ISPE, PDA) pertaining to CSV.

Working knowledge of quality risk management methods and tools, including Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and their application to the validation of computerized systems.

Solid technical knowledge

in the use and application of risk- and science-based approaches to CSV.

Driven team player with the ability to collaborate and work with cross-functional teams (including global partners) to meet project timelines.

Good communication skills to present validation strategies to the site management and other functions.

Experience in greenfield/brownfield facility start-ups will be advantageous .

Familiar with Digital 4.0 concepts and potential applications in Quality.

Able to work independently with little supervision.

Experience with ensuring Data Integrity in computerized systems.
