Participate in the formulation of capital operation strategies for the Listco throughout its entire lifecycle, and implement a series of actions in line with strategic objectives and directions, including but not limited to: analyzing the narrative logic of capital markets, optimizing the coordination mechanism between investor relations (IR), public relations (PR), and marketing (MKT), strategically releasing key milestone signals to support the effectiveness of capital market operations by integrating operational analysis and business outlook in several information disclosure channels such as annual reports, semi-annual reports, voluntary announcements, and market communication materials, etc.
In line with the company's capital market strategy, work with internal teams and external professional partners to accurately convey the company's strategy, operating performance, industry positioning, and investment value through various channels and methods, such as information disclosure documents, investor roadshows, earnings conferences, one-on-one meetings, and non-deal roadshows (NDRs), in order to maintain investor confidence and enhance capital market recognition.
