- Develop and manage fundraising materials, pitch decks, and data rooms.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with institutional investors, family offices, DFIs, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with leadership on fund structuring and positioning aligned with impact and financial goals.
2. Investor Relations & Reporting
- Serve as primary liaison for current and prospective LPs.
- Deliver timely and transparent investor communications, including reports, updates, and meetings.
- Coordinate due diligence processes and respond to investor inquiries.
3. Ecosystem Development & Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with co-investors, accelerators, corporates, and ecosystem enablers.
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities that enhance firm visibility and deal flow.
- Position the firm as a regional leader in impact investing through insights, op-eds, and conference participation.
4. Brand & Communications
- Oversee external communications strategy including PR, media, and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing on brand positioning, newsletters, and content.
- Enhance the firms reputation as a leading impact investment platform.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, private markets, or strategic partnerships, ideally in impact investing.
- Strong track record of managing investor relationships and closing capital commitments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present with clarity and confidence.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to operate independently and cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with impact investing and ESG frameworks is a plus.
