• Support the development of the documentation and communication processes, including preparation of annual reports, drafting of announcements, press releases and media reports, scripts, talking points, Q&A documents, key messages, and presentation and pitch materials to analysts, as well as new and existing investors.
• Organise and participate in meetings with investment community such as analysts' meetings, investor conferences and roadshows.
• Handle media relations and other activities such as Corporate Social Responsibility.
• Conduct research and analysis of REITs, real estate industry, economic environment and funds flow, etc.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Senior Manager (Accounting), the Manager (Financial Reporting) will manage core accounting operations including general ledger, grants accounting, and statutory reporting, while overseeing compliance and audit support. • Prepare and review statutory and regulatory submissions, including GST, withholding tax, MCCY, Charity Portal FS and Department of Statistics.

• Maintain accurate cost centres, fund codes, and project codes in SAP.

Job Requirements
