The Company

An opportunity to join a well-established Singapore REIT Manager. The large-cap platform enjoys substantial scale whilst benefitting from a strong Sponsor and its exposure to in-demand new economy assets provides robust stability and ongoing growth. It is presently seeking to bolster the team with the appointment of a Manager for its IR team.

The Position

Reporting to the Head of IR, the appointed individual will gain well-rounded exposure to vanilla Investor Relations and Communications duties (development and execution of outreach programmes, investor roadshows, quarterly and annual reports, managing press releases collation and dissemination of financial information) whilst also playing an active role in monitoring ESG/Sustainability targets and GRESB reporting against its Net Zero objectives complete with annual submissions to regulatory bodies and similar as well as supporting appropriate presentations and analysis to investors and/or the annual report.

The Person

Interested candidates will offer a good Degree and around 7-8+ years’ relevant experience gained within a REIT or equity capital markets environment. In particular, the firm is keen to secure an individual with very strong writing skills for effective external communications and report-writing complemented by sound financial literacy and analytical skills. Some functional exposure to marketing, communications and social media management may be desirable.

• Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with IFRS or US GAAP
• Ensure accurate accounting, classification, and fair value treatment for all digital and non-traditional assets held by the platform
• Coordinate annual audits and provide supporting schedules and disclosures for specialized product structures and incentive mechanisms
• Maintain robust reconciliation processes between internal ledgers and external platforms to ensure accuracy and control
• Deliver clear, actionable financial analysis reports to senior management and stakeholders

• Manage the end-to-end budgeting process, including annual plans, rolling forecasts, and performance tracking
• Build multi-dimensional budget models by product line (e.g. spot, derivatives, yield products) and regional market
• Analyze revenue composition, customer profitability, and unit economics to support commercial decision-making
• Collaborate with business leaders to provide data-driven financial recommendations and improve resource allocation

• Understand key revenue streams such as transaction fees, service charges, promotional campaigns, and internal incentive structures
• Develop and maintain flexible profit & loss (P&L) models to support business scenario planning and strategic insight
• Evaluate the financial impact of reward or discount programs on revenue and cost structure
• Analyze business initiatives and pricing strategies to assess margins, scalability, and return on investment

• Partner with technology and data teams to improve automation of financial workflows and integration of operational data
• Build finance dashboards and KPI frameworks to deliver unified, real-time views of financial and business performance
• Support implementation and optimization of financial systems, accounting tools, and reconciliation solutions tailored to diversified asset operations

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Recognized accounting certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting, planning, or analysis; at least 2 years in a fast-paced, technology-driven company or digital financial platform
• Solid understanding of transaction-based business models and non-traditional asset classes
• Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning
• Proficient in Excel, and experienced in using data visualization or BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Comfortable working with multi-currency structures and international reporting standards

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of accounting and financial operations. This role is responsible for managing the finance team, ensuring accurate month-end closings, leading end-to-end processes including AR, AP, GL, tax, and compliance, and driving process improvements.

Job Descriptions

• Oversee and maintain full set of accounts
• Manage the full suite finance team
• Responsible for the Month End Closing
• Lead end-to-end finance operations (AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation etc) for assigned entities
• Work closely with the financial operation team for reconciliation-related issues
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audit and ensure timely delivery of required documents and addressing the audit queries
• Work closely with tax advisors for corporate Tax filing
• Quarterly submission of GST in Singapore and Tax returns for E-commerce business in Vietnam
• Ensure compliance with Singapore’s financial regulations, tax requirements and IFRS standards
• Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure the work efficiency and completeness
• Implement and drive finance process automation and workforce improvements across accounting, reporting and controls.
• Prepare XBRL FS using BizFinx preparation tool for ACRA filing
• Assist in yearly budget forecasting and ad-hoc tasks, if any

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field. CPA, CA or ACCA qualification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, financial regulations and tax regulations.
• Analytical skills to interpret large volumes of data and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite accounting software
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
