Your role in our team / in creating a sustainable future
- Implement the Asset Integrity framework consisting of static equipment and piping for the site.
- Accountable to ensure the site's preventive inspection activities, including statutory equipment inspections are carried out timely and in compliance with MOM and SCDF regulations.
- Support the site integrity improvement programs & investigations (i.e CUI, RCAs, Bad actor eliminations, RBI.) and lead implementation of the site's inspection plans. This includes the need to champion MOC change related to inspection improvement.
- Act as NDT focal point and provides technical advice to the site for NDT activities.
- Provide technical support to the site for static equipment and piping related issues. This includes providing troubleshooting efforts, work scope or job plan deliverables, and supporting Maintenance, Projects or Turnaround Activities.
- Provide oversight on Quality Assurance for work done in the Turnaround, maintenance and projects. Responsible for ensuring contractors are aware of Neste standards and are complying to the requirements.
- Ensure all static equipment works are covered by procedures, work instructions and QA/QC checklists and ITP that are in compliance to applicable codes, standards and specification. Audit the QA/QC process and quality of reports/documentation when required.
- Review NDT reports and perform remaining life calculations in order to monitor equipment health. Ensure remaining life calculations of assets are maintained for risk based inspection assessment.
- Ensure work orders for inspection recommendations are created in CMMS for rectification
- Be up to date of latest NDT methods in the industry and evaluate if it can be implemented at the site.
- Minimal Diploma in Materials or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience in refinery and/or petrochemical environment
- Prior Experience in inspection activities, TAs, Projects and Maintenance execution and Risk-based inspection development/implementation is essential. Familiarity with damage mechanisms in the refinery is an advantage.
- Having certifications in API 510, 570, 653, CWI/CSWIP, NDT level II and possessing knowledge in ASME/EN codes would be an advantage.
- Knowledge in CMMS (SAP)systems
