Implement the Asset Integrity framework consisting of static equipment and piping for the site.

Accountable to ensure the site's preventive inspection activities, including statutory equipment inspections are carried out timely and in compliance with MOM and SCDF regulations.

Support the site integrity improvement programs & investigations (i.e CUI, RCAs, Bad actor eliminations, RBI…) and lead implementation of the site's inspection plans. This includes the need to champion MOC change related to inspection improvement.

Act as NDT focal point and provides technical advice to the site for NDT activities.

Provide technical support to the site for static equipment and piping related issues. This includes providing troubleshooting efforts, work scope or job plan deliverables, and supporting Maintenance, Projects or Turnaround Activities.

Provide oversight on Quality Assurance for work done in the Turnaround, maintenance and projects. Responsible for ensuring contractors are aware of Neste standards and are complying to the requirements.

Ensure all static equipment works are covered by procedures, work instructions and QA/QC checklists and ITP that are in compliance to applicable codes, standards and specification. Audit the QA/QC process and quality of reports/documentation when required.

We are seeking a qualified Painting Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of painting and coating work on various projects.

  • The Painting Inspector will review project specifications, coating system requirements, and applicable standards (e.g., ISO, SSPC, NACE/AMPP).

Job Description

You will be part of the Industry Service Business Unit that provides inspection and assessment on petrochemical and chemical plants pipelines for refineries, storage tanks and off-shore platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team of inspectors to conduct non-destructive testing and inspection work on storage tanks, pressure vessels and pipelines for various industrial sectors.
  • Develop testing methodologies and procedures for ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, pene-trant testing, magnetic flux leakage, visual testing, leak testing, radiographic film interpretation and long range ultrasonic testing (Guided wave testing) and any other techniques required to support the business needs.
  • Provide NDT Level 3 services and develop, train and qualify in-house inspectors in the respective methods (UT,MT,PT,RT,VT, ECT).
  • Oversee inspection of various equipments such as pressure vessels, above ground storage tanks and structural components.
  • Represent the division as the Quality Management Representative (QMR) and be involved in quality management meetings and audits involving 17020, SAC SINGLAS), and ISO 9001.
  • Provide internal training and technical guidance for other inspectors.
  • Ensure that all personal certification is kept up to date.
  • Develop and approve NDT procedures, written practices and NDT techniques that comply with clients' requirement.
  • Ensure adequate auditing of site works, developing and improving the level of competency of team members.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Degree holder with at least 5 years of inspection experience in oil/petrochemical industries and relevant API certificates (API570 or API510) OR have a minimum of ten years inspection experience in oil/petrochemical industries
  • Able to perform QA of all piping/equipment repair work and liaise with contractor, maintenance & operation personnel
  • Ability to interpret NDT (radiography, UT, PT, MPI) results
  • Ability to review the working procedures, ITP
  • Good knowledge of pressure equipment and piping manufacturing Code, like ASME, API as well as welding processes
  • Good knowledge of materials and pipes/equipment used in the refinery and their damage mechanism

Overview: -

  • 5 Days work per week (Monday to Friday), 8.45am to 5.45pm
  • Monthly base salary: upto $3500 with relevant exp
  • AWS (13th Month) + Variable Bonus
  • Kaki Bukit

Your Responsibilities: -

  • Plan, prepare, and maintain work schedules for lift and escalator units undergoing Annual Inspections and Full Load Testing as part of the Permit to Operate (PTO) renewal process.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for inspection coordination, working closely with internal departments, clients, Specialist Professional Engineers (SPEs), and Authorised Inspectors (AIs).
  • Communicate schedule updates promptly, ensuring clear and accurate information is shared with all stakeholders.
  • Track on-site progress and make necessary schedule adjustments to align with project deadlines and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in managing documentation, including inspection records, progress updates, and post-inspection reports.

Requirements: -

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Min NITEC or Diploma in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or similar.
  • Experienced in SAP ERP, SAP Hybris, or other enterprise systems is an added advantage
