- Lead the team of inspectors to conduct non-destructive testing and inspection work on storage tanks, pressure vessels and pipelines for various industrial sectors.
- Develop testing methodologies and procedures for ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, pene-trant testing, magnetic flux leakage, visual testing, leak testing, radiographic film interpretation and long range ultrasonic testing (Guided wave testing) and any other techniques required to support the business needs.

- Oversee inspection of various equipments such as pressure vessels, above ground storage tanks and structural components.

- Provide internal training and technical guidance for other inspectors.
- Ensure that all personal certification is kept up to date.
- Develop and approve NDT procedures, written practices and NDT techniques that comply with clients' requirement.
- Ensure adequate auditing of site works, developing and improving the level of competency of team members.
- Degree holder with at least 5 years of inspection experience in oil/petrochemical industries and relevant API certificates (API570 or API510) OR have a minimum of ten years inspection experience in oil/petrochemical industries
- Able to perform QA of all piping/equipment repair work and liaise with contractor, maintenance & operation personnel
