About the Role

We are in search of an enthusiastic, conscientious, and organised individual to join AVPN as an Assistant Manager, Impact Investing, based in Singapore for a 1-year term. This is an exciting opportunity to support the growth of our impact investing vertical, especially on the funded programs.

Responsibilities
  • Support Director of Impact Investing with the planning and execution of programs related to impact investing ecosystem building such as IMM, Family Office and others
  • Support the development of contents, communication and marketing materials, reports and other document needed for the programs
  • Assist with research required to understand the impact investing ecosystem that will help better engage participants to the programs
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events
  • Help with the ecosystem building work of the impact investing team where necessary
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in finance, business strategy, program management, or partnerships
  • Experience and knowledge of impact investing preferred
  • Strong communication skills, with excellent written and verbal English
  • Pays attention to minute details of projects and tasks to ensure excellence.
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with competing priorities
  • Well-organized in managing multiple stakeholders and timelines
  • Flexible and collaborative, able to adapt to the needs of a small team
  • Experience in social media management and relationship management is a plus

* Sales & Customer Onboarding

  • Engage with riders via WhatsApp, Carousell, and calls
  • Recommend mobility devices based on their delivery needs and budget
  • Guide riders through the sign-up process and support their first steps with us
  • Assist with showroom walk-ins, test rides, and product handovers

* Befriending & Rider Support

  • Build friendly, trust-based relationships with riders
  • Check in regularly with customers to understand their challenges
  • Spot potential needs beyond mobility (e.g. housing, job transitions, financial stress)

* Operational Support
