Your responsibilities are as follows:

Talent Acquisition

  • Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from requisition to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.
  • Maintain and optimize ATS usage and candidate pipelines.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate experience).

HR Projects & Process Improvement

  • Lead or support HR initiatives focused on process streamlining and, automation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement tools and systems that enhance HR operations.
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Document workflows and contribute to SOP development for recruitment and HR processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in either talent acquisition, HR business partnering, HR generalist, or HR analytics preferred.
  • Comfortable working with data (Excel, dashboards, HRIS reports) to drive decisions.
  • Experience in project management or process improvement initiatives is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
