Provide first level support for End User Computing (EUC) issues. Prepare, test and issue IT equipment for programmes, events and major meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy IT EUC equipment
- Maintain and service the IT EUC equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the IT EUC equipment
- Suggest improvements to reduce EUC issues
