Location: West & Central

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (5.5 days)

Working Hours : 7am-4pm, 7am-12pm

Key Responsibilities

Sweep, mop, and disinfect office floors

Clean and wipe down glass doors, windows, tables, chairs, and bins

Maintain cleanliness of interior windows and meeting rooms after use

Clean and disinfect toilets and restock toilet supplies as needed

Requirements

Must be physically fit

Comfortable with toilet cleaning duties

Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented

Cleaner Job Scope

Daily Duties:

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floor areas

· Clean staircases, corridors, and common areas

· Empty all rubbish bins and dispose of waste properly

· Cleaning toilets, and replenish toiletries

· Wipe and dust furniture, windows, doors, and other surfaces

· Do high dusting and clean walls, ceilings, and glass

· Keep lifts, letter boxes, gym, and shared areas clean

· Floater - Use cleaning machines like vacuum, floor scrubber, or water jet

· Floater - Handle periodic cleaning - Scrub, buff, and polish floors when told to do so

Other Duties:

• Report any defects found to the supervisor

• Use cleaning chemicals safely and follow instructions

• Proper attire follows by PPE

• Do any other jobs given by the supervisor

Job Description

• Mopping, sweeping and vacuum cleaning
• Emptying of litter bins
• Emptying of chute bins
• Washing, wiping, high dusting and polishing surfaces, including floors, glass panels, doors, walls/ceiling, staircases, furniture, lifts, letter boxes, gym equipment, etc
• Scrubbing/buffing/ high pressure wash floors using powered equipment on the relevant floors
• Cleaning of toilet areas, include replenishing of toilet rolls, hand soap and hand towels
• To undertake a periodic cleaning which includes, all of the above, plus for example shampooing carpets, stripping and polishing floors, etc
• And any other responsibility as assigned by superiors.

Job Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of office & classroom areas (sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces)
• Keeping pantry clean and tidy
• Emptying bins and handling simple waste disposal
• Refilling cleaning supplies when needed
• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the premises

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday
• 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (6 hours per day, includes 1-hour break)
• Optional: End at 12:00 PM if break is not taken (Flexi-working hour) Approx. 30 working hours per week
