The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of hotel facilities, including electrical systems, air conditioning units, plumbing, and other equipment.

• Daily Engineering Operations:
• Ensure that all hotel equipment is functioning correctly and efficiently.
• Perform routine checks on electrical and mechanical systems to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Rectify any faults or breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime and disruption to hotel operations.
• Operate plant facilities to support every aspect of hotel operations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Shift Operations:
• Rectify equipment and facilities breakdown as required.
• Replaces faulty components / lighting bulbs as required.
• Responds to requests relating to technical issues from hotel patrons in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collects daily utilities meter readings and verify plant / equipment are in proper operations as required.
• Patrols hotel grounds to verify fire and safety risk as required.
• Patrols hotel grounds to verify all lightings on hotel grounds operate within the preset timings as required.
• Plant and Facilities Services:
• Operates plant facilities to support every aspect of hotel operations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Preventive Maintenance:
• Rectifies / Repairs damaged furniture to the highest quality level and in a timely manner.
• Rectifies / Paints defective building surfaces to the highest quality level and in a timely manner.
• Other Responsibilities:
• Operates the hotel elevators and dumbwaiters as required.
• Operates the hotel swimming pool and water fountains as required.
• Operates the hotel fire protection services as required.
• Operates the hotel drainage and sanitary system as required.
• Operates the hotel television and satellites system as required.
• Operates the hotel public music system as required.
• Operates the hotel lightings and dimming system as required.

• Candidate Profile:
• Nitec Certificate in Building Facilities Maintenance, Electrical / Electronics, Air conditioning servicing and/or Plumbing.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Main Duties And Responsibilities To Be Accomplished :

1. Organize the maintenance schedule for all equipment in all departments

2. Carry out all general maintenance work on all equipment, ie AHU, Chiller, motor, pump etc.

3. Carry out installation and modification of machines and equipment

4. Carry out general electrical works, repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance of machines and equipment.

5. Support plant operation to ensure power, water, aircon…operation normal

6. Liaise with vendor to do repair on equipment or process, cleanness in plant level.

7. Purchase component and spare part related to electrical and control item to minimize the cost

8. Support Major Plant equipments reset and re-start up activity if breaking down.

9. Daily / periodic check, record and feedback all plant facilities equipment for continuous operation which include fire safety system, ACMV system, electrical system, AV system and building with no disruption to production and support to plant production work request.

10. Continuous improvement work execution to facilities equipment.

Requirements

• Above NTC grade 3 in Electrical or Mechanical

• ore than 3 years of working experience in maintenance environment

• A le to read electrical drawing and Autocad experience

• A le to work independently with minimum guidance.

• A le to communicate effective

• W lling to overtime when required

Working hours:

Permanent Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm - 11:10pm (8 hours shift: 5656 work week)

5 days for this week then next week work 6 days

Working days: Monday-Friday
