They're now looking for a multi-skilled Design Director who can execute big ideas and help lead a team of talented creatives.
What you'll be doing:
- Working on a mix of corporate branding, brand identity + FMCG projects
- Overseeing the quality and delivery of the team's creative output
- Leading a team of designers, providing leadership, management and motivation
- Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted advisor
- Working closely with the client servicing team to deliver on the needs of the client
- Overseeing project commercials and looking for ways to expand project scope
What you bring:
- At least 8 years of experience working in creative and design roles, with a strong focus on branding and packaging
