Reporting to the Manager / Supervisor, the Graphic Design & Creative Content Creator Intern is responsible for supporting the team in its marketing campaigns and contributing to the creative team's conceptualization and ideation of projects. You will be working in a fun-filled and dynamic environment, where your task involves translating practical knowledge into meaningful & impactful commercial results for your clients.
Job Description
- Support creative projects and propose creative directions in ideation, execution & production phases
- Develop and manage innovative graphic designs and/or animations for branding, sales and marketing collaterals
- Work cooperatively on multiple projects with the Events & Marketing team
- Liaise with clients and/or vendors throughout the development process, from conceptualization to production
- Spot and predict trends important to readers and creators in categories including fashion, beauty, staycation, lifestyle, electronics, etc.
Requirements:
- Qualifications in graphic design, art, design or other relevant fields
- Excellent IT skills including proficiency with software such as the Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Premier Pro, & Others)
- Knowledge on softwares such as AfterEffects, Blender, & Others are a plus
- Knowledge on 3D softwares such as Autocad, Autodesk, & Others are a plus
- Knowledge on WordPress or Wix or Editor X platforms are preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Good interpersonal skills
- Innovative and creative, able to think out-of-the-box
- Independent but also a team player

As our Design and Content Executive, you'll bring visual clarity and creative energy to the way people experience our spaces. From wayfinding and signage to campaign artwork and social content, you'll work across formats to design with purpose. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to take projects from concept to installation, ensuring every touchpoint is well-crafted and well-executed. What You'll DoGraphic Design (60%)
- Be the creative lead for all design needs across Triple P and The Working Capitol — from wayfinding and member signage to campaign artwork and spatial graphics.
- Serve as a design custodian, ensuring visual consistency across platforms and spaces.
- Create visuals that span digital and physical touchpoints — including facade proposals, event posters, interior branding, and community materials.
- Oversee the full design process, from concept development to on-site installation, liaising with contractors and vendors for seamless execution.
- Develop mood boards and pitch visuals for new projects and design opportunities.
- Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom), Canva.
Content Creation (30%)
- Create compelling visual content for social media and digital platforms.
- Lead content production — from concept to post-production — ensuring alignment with our voice, brand tone, and storytelling goals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to bring campaigns and space narratives to life through static and video content.
Projects & Collaboration (10%)
- Support the Marketing Manager on special projects and cross-brand campaigns.
- Coordinate design-related logistics — including photography, event coverage, and visual documentation.
- Help manage creative timelines and keep design deliverables on track.

What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or a similar creative role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom) and Canva.

- A sharp design sensibility — from layout and typography to storytelling across media.
