Roles and Responsibilities

Job description

• Perform frontline service such as greeting and registering patients, handling patients' enquiries, attending to phone enquiries and scheduling patients' appointments.
• Prepare drugs and dispensing of medicines after checks by the doctor.
• Educate patients on medication and procedures.
• Assist the doctor during patient consultations (including as chaperone for female patients) and minor procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing and registered under the SNB.

• Basic computer literacy.
