• Aid patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility assistance.

• Min GCE N/O or Certificate in Healthcare Support

• Handle patient and non-patient billing, including invoices and receipts
• Reconcile accounts and send statements of accounts
• Compute professional fees and verify Medisave transactions
• Respond to enquiries from clinics, pharmacy, and patients
• Conduct daily outbound patient calls
• Assist with system updates, journal entries, and audit schedules

• Diploma level in related studies
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills; able to work independently and in a team
• Comfortable with calls in a fast-paced environment

• Participate in activities to improve the quality of care.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nursing Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our healthcare services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting doctors in various clinical settings.

• Assist doctors with examinations and counseling patients.
• Administer stock checks and process orders for OT supplies.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

• 5.5 days work week
• Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
• Saturday: 8:30 am - 13:00 pm
