Responsibilities:

• Apply strong proficiency in both HTML and CSS to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
• Ensure all designs follow responsive, mobile-first principles to support seamless omnichannel loyalty engagement across devices and platforms.
• Collaborate closely with business users to translate business objectives and engagement goals into intuitive, user-centric design solutions.
• Maintain and ensure consistency of corporate identity (CI) and campaign branding across all client accounts and loyalty programs.
• Develop and refine design concepts through user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes based on detailed business requirements.
• Utilize wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to facilitate functional and technical development, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Convert visual designs and mock-ups into responsive, standards-compliant HTML and CSS stylesheets.
• Create and maintain HTML templates and functional HTML files for use in email marketing campaigns and web content.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

The candidate will be responsible for developing high-converting websites and landing pages , ensuring a consistent and visually appealing brand identity across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Flow, User Experience & Lead Generation :

* Design and optimize website flow to enhance user journeys and increase engagement.

* Develop high-converting landing pages, incorporating lead capture forms, CTAs, and multimedia elements to support lead generation.

* Use data-driven tools (e.g., heat maps, Google Analytics) to assess and improve website performance.

WordPress Development & Management:

* Manage WordPress plugins, ensuring compatibility and functionality. Mainly using Elementor

* Configure and optimize cache plugins (e.g., WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache) to improve performance.

* Oversee server hosting, DNS settings, and domain management (e.g., cPanel, Cloudflare).

* Troubleshoot technical issues related to WordPress themes, plugins, and hosting.

* Implement security best practices, including backups, SSL certificates, firewalls, and security plugins.

Landing Page Design & Optimization

* Design and optimize conversion-focused landing pages , using A/B testing and performance data for improvement.

* Ensure aesthetic and strategic landing page designs to enhance user engagement and lead generation.

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 years of proven experience in WordPress development in using Elementor. Passionate learners are welcome to apply. On the Job training will be provided.

* Diploma or Degree in any related field.

* Proficiency in design tools (Canva) and data tools (Google Analytics and Google Adwords)

* Passion for travel and working in small teams of 5-10 people.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills
