Project Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead all testing activities for a large-scale Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) transformation project . The program involves implementing a new EPM platform to optimize financial planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, Tax and ESG processes across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:

• Test Strategy & Planning
- Develop and maintain the overall test strategy, test plans, and schedules aligned with
program timelines and milestones.
- Define test objectives, scope, risks, resources, and deliverables for each phase of
testing.

• Team & Stakeholder Management
- Manage and coordinate testing teams, including onshore, offshore, and vendor
resources.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, solution architects, PMO, and
key business stakeholders.

• Test Execution & Reporting
- Oversee all phases of testing including System Integration (SIT), User Acceptance
(UAT), Performance, Full Dress Rehearsal, Disaster Recovery and Security and Production testing.
- Ensure traceability from business requirements to test cases and results.
- Track and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution through effective triage and coordination.
- Provide clear test status updates, metrics, and quality reports to program leadership.

• Tools & Environment Management
- Select and implement appropriate test management tools (e.g., Sharepoint, JIRA).
- Coordinate test environment setup, data requirements, and refreshes with infrastructure
and data teams.

• Risk & Compliance
- Identify testing risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure testing practices comply with internal QA standards and external audit requirements (if applicable, e.g., tax regulatory compliance).
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• 8+ years of experience in software testing with at least 3 years as a Test Manager on large-
scale enterprise programs.

• Strong understanding of EPM systems is preferred (e.g., CCH Tagetik, OneStream, Oracle
Cloud EPM, SAP BPC).

• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end testing lifecycle for large transformation
programs.

• Expertise in test planning, test case design, defect management, and reporting.

• Experience in both waterfall and agile/hybrid project environments.

Ensuring the quality of our systems

As a Test Manager, you will be involved from the beginning of our projects.
