The Shift Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. As a shift leader, they will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of their team, including process unit operations, utilities management, and material handling.
They will also be responsible for leading emergency response efforts, performing risk assessments, and implementing safety protocols to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform Permit to Work's job site risk assessment, and issue PTW for safe work executions.
- Familiarity with DCS systems and Field operations.
- Good Coaching and Mentoring skills to technicians.
- Knowledge of Singapore Regulations and Industry HSE practices and Process Safety.
