Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the service crew to ensure duties are performed responsibly and in compliance with established guidelines.
• Monitor and uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure consistency and quality in food presentation and beverage preparation, maintaining established standards.
