As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for working in various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the construction process. This includes assisting with projects related to construction, maintenance, business development, planning and estimation, QA/QC, HSE, purchasing and costing.
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned engineering construction and maintenance projects.
- Develop technical and commercial proposals for tenders and participate in client negotiations.
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
- Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
- Ensure adherence to HSE policies and practices and participate in HSE initiatives.
- Oversee the control of assigned work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and provide regular project status reports.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with project managers and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Fresh Graduates preferred.
- Interest in working in the construction industry as a site engineer, including live plant environments.
- Ability to work on multiple discipline projects.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)
- Manage all aspects of the construction execution; from site preparations to build-out, are carried out in accordance with the project timelines and specs.
- Ensure that the construction, installation and assembly of components, equipment and systems of the construction is aligned with the construction plans and drawing designs.
- Prepare construction progress reports based on contractual terms on time, cost and quality.
