Senior Rail Systems Integration Specialist

This is a challenging role that requires an experienced professional to lead the integration of various rail systems. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing interface projects.

• Lead a team of engineers in a site environment to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Act as the primary customer contact for ISCS interface activities, providing timely responses and effective solutions.
• Facilitate technical discussions with customers, external consultants, and contractors to resolve System Interface issues.
• Develop and manage schedules for interface testing with subsystems of major contractors.
• Collaborate with software development teams to drive technical development and deliver ISCS software for ITC activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in railway systems.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-management skills are essential before taking on leadership roles.

The incumbent reports directly to the Manager, C3, Mobility Rail. This position is based at ST Engineering Electronics Hub.

· Plan and execute testing and commissioning activities for railway Signalling system.

· Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

· Participate in the development and execution of the test plans.

· Prepare and submit testing and commissioning reports.

Essential Requirements:

· Engineering graduate with 5-7 years of relevant experience

· Relevant experience in railway industry and integrated Testing and Commissioning.

· Good knowledge in Signalling environments and integration testing with internal ATS/ATC system and other external interfaces (Rolling Stock, COMMS, ISCS etc).

· Experience in troubleshooting issues involving both internal and external parties.

· Team player who is analytical, well-organised, resourceful, result-oriented and able to work in a diverse and fast paced environment.

· Possess good interpersonal and communication skill.

· Flexibility to perform night works including weekend and public holidays when required by the project.
