• Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
• Ensure products manufactured meet approved company policies, processes and procedures
• Provide quality oversight of GMP manufacturing and support, including technical operations, engineering, QC Laboratory and supply chain activities
• Review completed incoming material inspection packages, Batch Records, Manufacturing Logs, product changeover/ line-clearance activities and administration of Quality Logs, e.g. QA Hold, QA tag out
• Release incoming material, process and product batches.
• Participate in investigations, arising out of non-compliance in incoming materials, QC testing, manufacturing processes, warehousing and product
• Participate in change management, including change coordinator and/or QA oversight roles to ensure change plan is managed and complies with applicable policies
• Perform regular walk-thru of manufacturing, engineering, warehouse and QC areas as required to ensure compliance is maintained at all times
• Participate and support new product introduction, operation excellence projects and other tasks as assigned by team
• Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Science or equivalent
• Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical experience in Quality and/ or Compliance (GxP) environment
• Knowledge of quality/ compliance management as well as regulations and standards affecting APIs/ Biologics
• Ability to quickly know products and processes in order to assess quality issues
• Experience in SAP, Trackwise
• Candidate must be highly motivated, able to work independently as well as in a team, and have good organizational and oral and written communication skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to lead our ISO 17025 compliance, SAC-SINGLAS accreditation, and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) testing programs . This role is critical in ensuring our laboratory meets international standards while delivering accurate and reliable IAQ assessments for clients.

1. SAC Accreditation & ISO 17025 Compliance

• Lead the SAC-SINGLAS accreditation process for IAQ testing.
• Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 17025-compliant documentation , including SOPs, calibration records, and audit trails.

Responsibilities

To ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality Printed Wiring Boards that meet customer specifications and industry standards by managing quality assurance processes and serving as the primary liaison for customer service accounts. Position Overview:

The Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE) is responsible for ensuring product quality and reliability by supporting the implementation of quality systems, monitoring production and inspection processes, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and customer requirements. The QAE collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to investigate quality issues, support root cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement activities to maintain high-quality manufacturing standards within Yamazaki Mazak Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Management Systems

• Support the development and improvement of Quality Management Systems, including documentation creation, review and communication.

• Support the implementation and verification of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), ensuring effectiveness and recurrence prevention.

5. Inspection and Quality Control:

• Oversee and support the daily inspection and testing activities to ensure parts and assemblies meet defined specifications and standards.
• Assist in the development, implementation and training of inspection standards and procedures.

6. Continuous Improvement Initiatives:

• Participate in initiatives that aim to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and improve process efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a quality assurance or inspection role within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in quality auditing, quality assurance, or similar roles within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS), including ISO 9001. Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or similar certification is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and present findings to various levels of management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
