Responsibilities
- Engage with the client and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to lead our ISO 17025 compliance, SAC-SINGLAS accreditation, and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) testing programs. This role is critical in ensuring our laboratory meets international standards while delivering accurate and reliable IAQ assessments for clients.

Key Responsibilities
- SAC Accreditation & ISO 17025 Compliance
- Lead the SAC-SINGLAS accreditation process for IAQ testing.
- Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 17025-compliant documentation, including SOPs, calibration records, and audit trails.
- Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Testing & Equipment Management
- Conduct on-site IAQ sampling and testing, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage calibration, maintenance, and traceability of IAQ equipment to national/international standards.
- Audits & Continuous Improvement
- Serve as the Lead Auditor, conducting internal/external audits for ISO 17025 and SAC compliance.
- Analyze IAQ data, identify trends, and recommend improvements for air quality management.
- Training & Stakeholder Engagement
- Train staff on IAQ protocols, quality systems, and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with certification bodies, clients, and regulators on QA matters.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Diploma holders with 5+ years of relevant experience may apply.
- ISO 17025 Lead Auditor certification (or equivalent).
- Additional certifications in Quality/Environmental Management (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001) are a plus.
- Proven track record in laboratory quality systems, SAC accreditation, or testing/calibration environments.
- Hands-on experience with IAQ sampling, equipment calibration, and data analysis.
- Prior work in cleaning services, facility management, or environmental testing is advantageous.
- Proficient in IAQ testing equipment (e.g., air samplers, gas detectors).
- Familiarity with statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel) for data interpretation.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Liaise with process department on quality related issues to follow-up on effective corrective/preventive actions.
- Required to carry out activities such as process optimization, benchmarking, etc through various statistical tools and software.
