We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Publishing to lead our publishing efforts and drive the growth of our game portfolio. This strategic role will require an individual with a deep understanding of marketing, user acquisition (UA), growth strategies, and game publishing, who can drive both the reach and engagement of our games across diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for gaming, and a track record of successfully scaling games through innovative strategies

What You Can Expect To Work On:

  • Game Marketing: Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies for game titles, focusing on brand awareness, player engagement, and retention
  • User Acquisition (UA): Lead and optimize user acquisition strategies, utilizing performance marketing and data-driven insights to drive game installs and player retention across digital platforms
  • Growth Strategy: Create and execute growth strategies aimed at scaling game titles globally, increasing player lifetime value (LTV), and fostering a thriving community of active players

Requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Preferred experience: 5+ years in a publishing role or equivalent
  • Strong background in digital marketing, user acquisition, and growth strategies, with a focus on mobile games
  • Deep understanding of the gaming industry, player behavior, and trends, with hands-on experience launching and scaling successful game titles
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to analyze metrics (e.g., retention, monetization, player engagement) and optimize strategies accordingly

You will be responsible for helping to shape and execute captivating content,

spreading the power of movement, building a vibrant community and attracting new clients.

You will also be responsible for certain aspects of marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and Edit High-Quality Visuals : Produce eye-catching images, reels, video shorts and other engaging visuals that captivate audiences.
  • Craft Compelling Copy : Write attention-grabbing headlines, captions and informative content that sparks conversations.
  • Manage Social Media : Oversee various social media platforms and content calendar to grow our community, drive consistent engagement and measure performance.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends : Keep up with social media and fitness trends to inform content strategy.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with our team to create high-quality marketing collaterals that align with our brand.
  • Search Engine Optimisation and Website Maintenance : Optimise content for SEO, and assist in updating the studio's website to improve performance.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns : Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media and search engines (e.g., Google advertisements, social media advertisements).
  • Analytical Tools : Analyse and report on website and campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Qualifications
