The QA will work from a virtual office server in Discord, overseeing project management tasks and quality assurance processes. This role involves working as an outsourced agent for a pioneering tech company based in the USA, adhering to working hours from 3 PM WIB to 12 AM WIB.

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines.
• Coordinate the efforts of team members and senior management to deliver projects according to plan.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure product quality.
• Test new features built by the team to ensure they function as intended with no bugs or issues.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify system requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

• Proven working experience in project management and quality assurance in the information technology sector.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools, including Jira.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Ensure the retention samples arrangement, e.g., get from production, retention area arrangement, arrange to an external laboratory, and submit the analysis to QA for review.
• Assist in ensuring the products are traceable.
• Ensure production efficiency with minimal wastage.
• Assist in monthly pest control services.

• Asist in food safety internal audit, customer audit, FSSC/ISO audit.
• Supporting in any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Applied Science (Nutrition and Food Science) or related fields
• Basic food hygiene certification is an added advantage
• Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in food manufacturing
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS office e.g., Word, and Excel.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday – 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
• Saturday – 8.30 am to 12.00 pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional and physical quality checks on mobile devices in line with company standards.
• Verify and ensure accuracy of stock-in information and related records.
• Identify, document, and escalate any irregularities found during QC or stock-in processes.

What You will Do:

· Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for delivery.
