THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our team in Singapore, supporting the Fair Director in the successful delivery of our art fair, which welcomes over 22,000 visitors and features more than 95 local and international galleries annually.

The Marketing Executive, working in collaboration with our global marketing and creative teams, and with support from the wider APAC marketing team, will help to plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage audiences, drive ticket sales, and build brand visibility.

The Marketing Executive will also play an important role in enhancing the visitor journey — from pre-fair communication and online engagement to wayfinding, signage, and overall on-site experience — ensuring a seamless and inspiring experience for every guest.

MARKETING PLANNING

  • Help set marketing objectives with Fair Director and create and execute the marketing plan to deliver these objectives
  • With global and local support build customer insight strategy to feed into marketing plan
  • Work with PR agency and team to create content and brand stories that get coverage during fair campaign period as well as feed into emails, social media and website content
  • Work with global design team to deliver creative campaigns and collateral to promote the fair and create onsite activations
  • Monitor competitors and trends in the contemporary art market and work with our global marketing gurus to learn and deliver best in class marketing strategies and tactics

PR & ADVERTISING

  • Manage the PR agency alongside the Fair Director, briefing in key stories, timelines, and target audiences and setting KPIs and proactively provide images and content
  • Manage and coordinate integrated advertising campaigns including outdoor, print, online and digital campaigns.
  • Work with Global Marketing to build out the strategy and required assets for our digital advertising campaign (including Google and Meta ads)
  • Effectively manage media invoicing including invoice processing and budget tracking

CONTENT CREATION

  • Execute the content strategy and localise any relevant global content across emails, social media, website to drive art sales, ticket sales and engagement
  • Manage all local social channels (currently IG and FB), building a community of art lovers and potential exhibitors and visitors
  • Manage the boosting budget for our local social channels
  • Plan and execute SG email newsletters – during campaign and off-peak season
  • Share learnings across the region and globally
  • Complete campaign analysis / reports based upon agreed global templates
  • Support B2B marketing to promote exhibiting at fairs alongside gallery team

MARKETING MATERIALS

  • Ensure we are creating high quality marketing material including fair guides, advertising assets, partner promotional assets and onsite signage
  • Execute the ticketing and invitation strategy alongside global marketing to set up ticket shop, test site and manage process
  • Plan and create digital ticket codes for exhibitors, and manage all customer enquiries
  • Oversee onsite ticket desk process and ensure smooth customer experience
  • Build our network and database of organisations with which to share ticket offers and invitations.

PARTNERSHIPS

  • Support partnership pitching, with Fair Director, and execution of partnerships to achieve objectives and enhance the fairs
  • Support the Fair Director in onboarding and managing exhibiting partners

ONSITE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

  • Collaborate with the Global Marketing & Design team and SG Operations Executive to deliver effective wayfinding and signage that enhances the visitor experience
  • Deliver an exceptional visitor experience by supporting the team in enhancing on-site customer engagement through intuitive wayfinding design, a seamless ticketing and entry process, and the effective implementation of partner programmes

GENERAL ADMIN & BUDGETS

  • Manage and monitor marketing budget and provide accurate forecasts with support from the Fair Director
  • Actively use global marketing planning and analysis templates as the lead on the team planner

THE ROLE REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES

  • Experience of at least one of the following: CRM and email; marketing content creation; social media management; digital advertising
  • B2C marketing experience ideally in events and/or the arts
  • Team player with excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Acute attention to detail, high efficiency, and practical organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask, working well under pressure to meet deadlines

THE DETAILS

  • This is a 6-month contract role with the potential to convert into a full-time position upon completion of the contract and successful probation

We are on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Digital Marketer who is excited to be part of a collaborative and forward-moving environment. In this role and in this financial industry (Do not worry we are not here to convert you as a financial consultant) you’ll play a vital part as an anchor in elevating our digital presence and brand awareness through marketing strategies, website optimization, and the use of emerging AI tools. Your goal? To help us connect with the right audience, grow organically, and showcase our family culture.

You won’t be doing it alone, you will be supported by a marketing intern and guided by a marketing manager, working side-by-side on exciting campaigns and projects that challenge norms and push boundaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Driving and awareness and audience engagement through creative media strategies, focusing on video content and storytelling relevant to the financial sector
  • Coordinate and execute video shoots (interviews, lifestyle content, testimonials, campaign stories) including planning, filming, editing, and post-production for social and offline use
  • Plan and shoot engaging video content for social media, ads, campaigns, and events
  • Operate filming equipment such as DSLR, gimbal, mic setup, ring light, etc.
  • Gather content and campaign requests from various teams and assist in prioritizing media production to ensure alignment with business goals and seasonal campaigns
  • Collaborate with advisors and teams to produce media assets and lifestyle visuals that align with the brand's tone and client journey
  • Plan and manage offline media placements such as lift lobbies, digital screens, newspaper ads, and community boards to reach targeted demographics
  • Conduct competitor and market research on financial lifestyle marketing trends and visual strategies to stay ahead in content positioning and delivery
  • Track and analyze campaign/media performance , identify high and low engagement points, and recommend enhancements for future executions
  • Support day-to-day operations , including updating campaign calendars, managing visual content libraries, assisting with internal media briefings/trainings, and responding to FAQs from sales or advisor teams on marketing materials and putting real life stories of each advisor to the screen.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field
  • Prior experience with content filming and editing is a big plus
  • Comfortable handling cameras and setting up simple shoots
  • Knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling and good eye for aesthetics
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
  • Meticulous
  • A creative mindset with strong visual aesthetics and a passion for storytelling through social media.
Bonus if You Have
  • Photography skills
  • On-screen confidence (comfortable being in front of the camera for casual videos)
  • Experience with motion graphics or animation tools (After Effects, Canva Pro, etc.)
