• Deep understanding of design, construction, and FF&E for hospitality projects.
• Experience working with international hotel operators and brand standards.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC or local equivalents).
• Prior experience in Southeast Asia, ideally with familiarity in local regulations and permitting.
• Background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope) :

• Lead tender team for tendering of infrastructure projects.
• Oversee construction progress based on contractual terms on time, cost and quality and manage project completion within timeline by client.

REQUIREMENT (E.g. Qualifications, Certifications, Experience) :

· Potential candidates must demonstrate experience in successfully managing an infrastructure project with contract value of S$150 million or more.

· Minimum 20 years of experience in managing large (>$150m), infrastructure underground tunnelling projects with at least 10 years of project management working experience at a corporate level.

• Good command in Japanese language with in depth understanding of Japanese culture and accounting system is a MUST for direct communications to Japan HQ for obtaining technical and financial support.
• Familiar with LTA MRT station and tunnelling projects requirements and specifications.
• Experience in overseas MRT rail projects such as HongKong, etc.

As a Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets. You will lead and manage a team of engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
