Proven experience in Scrum Master, project coordination, or product support roles.
Strong organizational and time‐management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello).
Basic technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with QA/dev teams to resolve issues.
Detail‐oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
Experience in mobile app support or digital product environments.
Background in operations coordination or administrative support in a tech setting.
