We're looking for a Product Designer who is excited to shape the future of enterprise decarbonization tools, combining systems thinking with an eye for intuitive UX in complex domains.

The Product Designer will report to our Senior Director of Product, Tech and Data. As part of a lean and cross-functional team, you will collaborate with colleagues across data science, sustainability, commercial and engineering to define new features to serve customer needs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end product design process, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience
  • Conduct user research and data analysis to gain deep insights into user needs, translating findings into impactful design improvements
  • Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups and iterate based on user feedback and project requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to implement and refine design solutions
  • Drive design reviews, incorporate feedback from stakeholders, including internal users, customers and partners, to enhance product design
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive design system, including style guides and reusable components, to ensure consistent UI elements and interactions across products
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging design innovations to continuously elevate design quality and creativity
You should have:
  • 3+ years experience as a product designer or user experience designer
  • Experience designing software-as-a-service products on desktops
  • Bachelor’s degree in a design program (Interaction Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, Graphic Design) or Computer Science
  • A portfolio showcasing strong UX, UI and interaction design skills in technical, complex domains
  • Experience crafting functional prototypes, with AI tools or with code
  • In-house work experience, within a startup environment
  • High autonomy and high flexibility, with a mindset of product ownership
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Can articulate design decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders across different levels of the company and outside the company
