**Your role and responsibilities**
As a UX Designer (Intern) you will be a part of IBM Consulting, supporting our clients to create best-in-class experiences for their customers and users. You will be involved in customer and employee transformation, redefining and inventing exciting and impactful user experience to drive greater business value by design.
On a typical project you will:
- Work with the design team to define the experience and product design direction
- Research on design exemplars to inform and inspire the product outcome
- Learn and apply design thinking frameworks and methods to identify design concepts and refine design outcomes
- Learn to conduct design research and synthesise findings into actionable insights
- Learn to craft and produce various design artefacts (e.g. Sitemaps, User Flows, Journey Maps, Wireframes, High-fidelity UI)

- Represent "the company" DTO to manage all virtual assistant (chatbot) and website related queries from "the company" lines, including for non-Gov and external websites.
