Job Responsibilities
Responsible for providing technical support and review for HVAC and fire protection aspects of the project construction;
Carefully familiarize yourself with the drawings and participate in design briefings and drawing reviews for the mechanical and electrical installation projects;
Responsible for managing the project's mechanical and electrical installation progress, quality, safety, cost control, and other related tasks;
Coordinate and resolve changes and issues related to on-site construction plans;
Participate in the initial and final acceptance inspections for plumbing, electricity, and air conditioning projects, and supervise the construction unit;
Implement rectifications for any issues identified during the acceptance inspections and conduct re-inspections of the rectified results;
Maintain close communication with the project team, client, and other stakeholders, participate in project meetings, report on work progress, coordinate and resolve issues, and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, automation, electromechanical, or construction engineering;
More than three years of experience in electromechanical, construction, and renovation projects preferred;
Familiarity with the installation, commissioning, and management of building electromechanical equipment, including central air conditioning, fire protection, water supply and drainage, and power systems;
Ability to independently handle daily tasks, possess strong adaptability and the ability to properly handle various emergencies; meticulous and hardworking; team-spirited and possessing strong communication and coordination skills.
