We are looking for a teammate to join us and be the junior project manager and ops hero our company needs to build and manage public health tools we’re building. Your job will be part operations and part technical, supporting teams in multiple countries. New grads are encouraged to apply, and this is a role that offers high-tech startup experience and career growth over time.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the telemedicine, midwifery, and diagnostics project, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarise progress of project.
    • Work closely with the local team to drive the impact of the program through marketing, referral schemes and other initiatives. Responsible for patient adoption of services and incorporation of workflows in standard work.

    • Prepare regular reports for management regarding status of project.

Note: We are a fully remote team with teammates globally. This position is remote or based out of our office in Singapore. If you're not in Singapore, that's completely welcome, but GMT+2 is about as far west as we'd recommend as the project you're working on is in GMT+4.

Demonstrated skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Impeccable organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Worked in a growth or product capacity at a startup.

Nice to have:
