We are looking for a teammate to join us and be the junior project manager and ops hero our company needs to build and manage public health tools we’re building. This role will give you a comprehensive education in starting and running a company (or a division in one) in digital health from zero to one to a thousand. You will work closely with the founders of AlemHealth and our head of public health to keep a major new project moving in the right direction.
The Role
This is a full-time role to join a growing medical technology company. We’re looking for a teammate who is extremely detail-oriented, highly communicative, process-oriented, and who is always seeking better ways of solving a problem. Your job will be part operations and part technical, supporting teams in multiple countries. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the telemedicine, midwifery, and diagnostics project, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarise progress of project.
- Work closely with the local team to drive the impact of the program through marketing, referral schemes and other initiatives. Responsible for patient adoption of services and incorporation of workflows in standard work.
- Assist in the management of 90+ telemedicine doctors.
- Provide planning, direction, leadership and expertise in the telemedicine operations and continuously refine and improve telehealth operational approaches.
- Monitor and evaluate patient experience.
- Lead the development of key metrics to track and report project outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports for management regarding status of project.
Note: We are a fully remote team with teammates globally. This position is remote or based out of our office in Singapore. If you're not in Singapore, that's completely welcome, but GMT+2 is about as far west as we'd recommend as the project you're working on is in GMT+4.
