Roles & Responsibilities
Kopi Near Me is hiring a hardworking and detail-oriented Food Production & Halal Compliance Assistant to join our food factory team. You will support food preparation, packing and operations to ensure smooth production of our beverage products, while also assisting with Halal compliance.
Once you've completed probation, you will be expected to attend and pass the Halal certification course and test, enabling you to help maintain our Halal standards and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and portioning
- Pack finished food products accurately and neatly
- Operate equipment with training (e.g. tray sealers, vacuum machines)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area
- Uphold food safety standards at all times
- After probation, attend and complete the Halal certification course/test and support Halal compliance matters thereafter
- Perform general kitchen and housekeeping duties
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Factory Supervisor
Work Environment
- Air-conditioned production kitchen
- Non-customer facing
- Fast-paced team environment
Hours / Salary: Full-Time, $1,800/month (9am – 6pm, Mon – Fri; negotiable)
Key Requirements
- Willing to undergo and pass the Halal certification course/test
- Physically fit. Physical warehouse and logistics work expected
- Good teamwork, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Able to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced production environment
- No prior F&B/production experience required (training provided)
- Priority given to candidates able to commit long-term
- 1-month probationary period (Food hygiene certification to be taken within probation)

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate production shifts
