Role Purpose:

To implement our customer digital marketing strategy in Singapore, HK and China to achieve customer acquisition, increase our sales from new clientele base and position our brand in the digital space.

Responsibilities & activities:

  • Understand the Company’s direction and focus, in particular the marketing strategy.
  • Plan and implement our Digital Marketing activities in Singapore & HK.
  • To manage the company Digital Marketing activities including SEO, SEM, Social Media marketing and Digital Partnership
  • Manage the Digital Budget and constantly optimize to achieve the best results.
  • Either manage directly or through marketing agency
  • Continuously optimize.
  • Support the digital marketing activities in China by working with China marketing Manager in areas such as WeChat and Xiaohongshu.
  • Manage our websites.
  • Build the long-term Digital Marketing capability by
  • Managing the company’s branding in the Digital Space
  • Building content
  • Establish network of suitable KOL.
  • Establish a network of Digital partnership
  • Analysis & reporting
  • Work out the KPIs with the Head of Marketing
  • Monitor, track and report regular on the progress of the KPIs. This includes working with the sales and product teams to ensure proper collection of information.
  • Analyse the marketing effort and expenses in relation to the KPIs and propose further actions.
  • Assist in ad hoc offline marketing activities.
