As a Data Visualization & Analytics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel,you will leverage from the available data available from KN WMS and customer WMS to improve our operational capabilities to deliver the workload for your staff.The person has a background in either logistics or in tech, but you will be excited about what improvements and visibility can do to reduce the waste in our process and improving the experience for both employees and customers.

**How you create impact**
+ Map the different process steps within the system and provide an overview of the visibility available through existing data sources and tools.
+ Develop a set of standardized reports for Swiftlog operations to promote best practices and streamline report implementation.
+ Support planners and analysts by helping them understand how to visualize and access the information they need to plan and trigger tasks effectively.
+ Create reports using the most appropriate tools based on operational needs, including Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or OPER.
+ Assist operations in automating tasks using Macros or other emerging technologies to enhance design principles, administrative workflows, and operational processes.
+ Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends, and assess their potential impact on reporting practices and process efficiency.
+ Provide guidance and support to operational teams on how to leverage reports and technologies to improve administrative and operational performance.
+ Upskill team members by training them to use reporting and analytics tools effectively and safely.
**What we would like you to bring**
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a large logistics environment.
+ Proven specialist knowledge and hands-on experience with logistics information systems.
+ Experience with server-based computing is a plus.
+ Affinity with logistics processes.
+ Able to analyze problems clearly and quickly come to a practical solution.
+ Advanced Excel (Macros and Power Query).
+ Knowledge of SQL.
+ Communicative skills, both oral and written.
+ Creative and Independent.
+ Willingness to travel to the various KN branches.

About The Job

We are seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Analytics Engineer (Entry Level). In this role, you will build and maintain scalable data pipelines, develop and deploy machine learning (ML) models, and support the university’s data-driven initiatives using tools such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Machine Learning, and Power BI. Job Requirements

    The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of our Central Audit Analytics Platform (CAAP). They will drive our digital vision by leveraging technology, automation, and data analytics to enhance auditors' efficiency and effectiveness.

    About the Role

    • This role involves developing architecture and key data pipelines for heterogenous datasets, ensuring solution architecture addresses business objectives and needs.
    • You will design efficient solutions to meet initiative outcomes and work with technical teams to build secure data pipelines.
    • Additionally, you will use data analytics for structured and unstructured data to identify patterns and anomalies and generate actionable insights to enhance risk and controls.
    • You will also outline data lineage to trace sources of anomalies, apply quantitative analysis methods for business decisions, and leverage data team's expertise to solve critical technical problems.
    • In this role, you will work closely with internal auditors to analyze large data sets, trends, and results to drive data-driven operational risk decisions.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 10+ years of data analytics experience.
    • Proven expertise in data pipeline construction and data lake management.
    • Expertise in handling structured and unstructured data.
    • Strong technical skills in relevant data analytics tools (Python, R etc) and AWS cloud platform.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Possess passion for delivering value and driving successful outcomes for the organization.
