We are looking for a dedicated Construction Supervisor to join our growing team in the renovation and construction industry. The successful candidate will oversee site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure that project timelines and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work progresses according to schedule
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, workers, and suppliers on site
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations
- Report on project progress and site conditions to Project Manager
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials on site
- Resolve site issues, delays, or discrepancies effectively
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities as required
- Maintain proper site documentation, including progress reports and checklists
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in construction, renovation, or site work
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and site coordination
- Able to work independently and supervise a small team
- Mandarin-speaking preferred (to communicate with China workers)
- Possess SEC/SEC(K) or relevant technical skills (preferred)
- Willing to work at project sites and handle physical work when necessary

Requirements:
1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a high-pressure leadership role.
2. Must have deep knowledge in Electrical Works & Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) Works also.
3. Expert knowledge of cutting-edge construction equipment, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
4. Proven ability to thrive under extreme pressure and maintain composure in challenging situations.
5. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills for effective team management.
6. In-depth knowledge in a field of Construction, Electrical, Plumbing & ACMV works, coupled with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
7. Physical stamina to perform demanding on-site duties.
8. Must be able to travel to sites using public transport; if company transport not provided.
9. Willingness to travel extensively and work in varied environmental conditions.
