Job Description & Requirements

Supervisors and general foremen in building and related trades supervise activities of a distinct unit at a construction site, control and coordinate the activities of workers who are engaged in various occupations.

Tasks include:

• Interpreting specifications and job orders
• Determining sequence of operations and use of equipment
• Estimating manpower requirements
• Assigning duties to workers
• Analysing and resolving work problems
• Coordinating the work of one or more units with other units
• Recommending or initiating personnel action
• Supervising co-workers and helping them in their work
• Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work
• Schedule in accordance to the master and detailed work programme

• Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operations, workers and contractors
• Responsible for leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of the organization's project and solutions
• Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising at the site (Technical matters)
• Supervised the site works on a day-to-day basis and issues relating to a given project.
• Liaise with subcontractors and ensure timely completion of all works according to quality specifications and work schedule
• Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all subcontractors

• Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required.
Requirement:
• High school diploma or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in construction, business, management, or engineering preferable.
• Experience in the construction industry required.
• Experience in a leadership role recommended.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.
• Ability to keep track of multiple projects.

We are seeking a skilled Cost Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate cost estimation and adherence to budget constraints.

• Manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ), project costs, and tender documents to guarantee accurate cost estimation and compliance with budget limitations.
• Collaborate with project teams to provide expert advice on cost-related matters, identifying opportunities for cost savings and implementing effective solutions.
• Work closely with directors and managers to review pricing strategies, negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, and develop quotations for clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of payment certificates, invoices, and works orders for sub-contractors.
• Manage the purchasing and procurement process, including material inventory control and supply chain logistics.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction or built environment industry.
• Familiarity with Auto-CAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Contract basis, available from October 2025 to December 2025 or January 2026.
