About The Role
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Organizational Development:
Establish clear mission and vision, set objectives, lead and develop the Engineering Function. Ensure inspection readiness, support audits, and ensure compliance with quality standards, GOPs, and other standards.
Maintenance & Calibration:
Drive and improve technical availability, reliability, and asset condition by establishing cost-efficient repair and maintenance processes in compliance with regulations. Define and execute asset strategies and lifecycle management.
Vendor & Contractor Management:

Project Engineering & Control:

Essential Requirements
Degree in engineering (Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. / B. Sc.) or equivalent
Fluent in English and proficient in the local language
Leadership experience in major investment projects or large maintenance organizations
Excellent project management, contract management, and financial skills
Strong communication skills for presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences
In-depth technical knowledge in chemical and/or pharmaceutical processes and equipment
Interdisciplinary knowledge
