About the role

As a BIM Specialist (M&E) at KTC, you will play a crucial role in utilising Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology to support the company's engineering and construction projects. This full-time position is based in Singapore and will involve working closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure efficient and effective BIM implementation.

1. Developing and maintaining 3D BIM models for mechanical, electrical and plumbing (M&E) systems
2. Coordinating BIM models across multiple disciplines to identify and resolve clashes

Requirements

• Higher Nitec Architectural Technology or Structural Engineering/ Diploma or Degree in Civil/ Architectural/ Mechanical Engineering or BIM
• Proven track record with at least 4 years full experiences with BIM, preferably from A1 Main Contractor or Consultants independently
• Must be proficient in Revit, Navisworks, Auto Cad & MS Office
• Have basic knowledge and usage of Dynamo & Civil3D
• Have experience in 4D and 5D model creation
• Good command of spoken and written English
