• Work closely with Architects and team members in the creation and delivery of BIM Execution Plans;

· Perform standard BIM deliverables as per BEP which derived from Organization Information Requirement – OIR / Project Information Requirement – PIR

· Report daily activities and BIM progress

3. Coordination and Drawing Production

· Follow drawing management system (DMS) for the required information collection, filling / documentation, workflow and process

· Develop highly detail M&E BIM model

· Perform quality check on MEP model to verify it is fit for coordination

· Perform clash detection and document discrepancies/ clashes to discuss in weekly ICE meeting

· Coordinate between projects BIM modellers, Project Technical Team

· Closely work with project technical team/consultant to get resolution

· Update model with solution provided by project technical/consultants

· Produce Clash Free Coordinated model

· Produce construction drawing such as Concrete Sevices Drawing, MEP Trade Shopdrawings

· Adhere the committed drawing schedule and produce quality construction drawing production

· Track and record the drawing status

1. Responsible for creating and developing detailed 3D models of buildings or infrastructure projects using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, or Bentley MicroStation, etc.

2. To update and maintain the BIM models and drawings to reflect any design changes, construction progress, or as-built conditions and ensure accuracy of shop drawings.

3. Keep the models and drawings up to date and ensure that the information remains accurate and reliable.

4. Using Common Data Environment (CDE) to manage the process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with consultants, client, and stakeholders.

5. Knowledge of Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM).

6. Generate shop drawings for preliminary, construction and as-built stages from BIM model.

7. Produce completeness shop drawings as per detail given by engineer/manager and ensure drawings and ensure drawings submission schedule is achieved.

8. Knowledge of Combined Services Drawings (CSD), Structural E&M Drawings (SEM), Concrete Body Plan (CBP) & Wall Setting Out Plan.

9. Ensure that BIM deliverables and documentation follow BIM Execution Plan (BEP) or requirement/instruction as stipulated.

10. Able to manage internal coordination meetings to resolve identified design or construction issues which affected the model.

11. Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines and sub-contractors.

12. Coordinating with site personnel and subcontractors regarding update on drawings and generating Clash Detection Report.
