• Liaise and communicate closely with project team, client representative, consultants and sub-contractor
• Manage and monitor the BIM deliverables and ensure work deliver on schedule

Requirement

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for creating and developing detailed 3D models of buildings or infrastructure projects using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit etc.

2. To update and maintain the BIM models and drawings to reflect any design changes, construction progress, or as-built conditions and ensure accuracy of shop drawings.

3. Keep the models and drawings up to date and ensure that the information remains accurate and reliable.

4. Using Common Data Environment (CDE) to manage the process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with consultants, client, and stakeholders.

5. Knowledge of Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM).

6. Generate shop drawings for preliminary, design, construction and as-built stages from BIM models.

7. Produce shop drawings as per detail given by engineer/manager and ensure drawings quality and drawings submission schedule are achieved.

8. Ensure that BIM deliverables and documentation follow BIM Execution Plan (BEP) or requirement/instruction as stipulated.

9. Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Structural/Architecture/Engineering/Construction/MEP or equivalent.

2. Minimally 1 year experience in BIM Modeling or drafting work in building construction and project execution. Higher experience could be considered for senior position.

3. Proficient in software like Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.

4. Good communication, writing & interpersonal skills.

5. Having a positive attitude and proactive mindset.

6. Adaptable to working both independently and as a team player, with the ability to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines.

Job Summary:

• Prepare technical drawings according to specification for approval, construction and as-built.
• Make revisions as required throughout the project schedule upon co-ordination with relevant people involve.

• Responsible for production of design drawing, shop drawing, construction drawing and as-built drawing.

Role Responsibilities

To manage and coordinate the production of quality shop drawings and BIM models in all projects assigned with minimal supervision. He/ She must be able to carry out HVAC/piping, equipment, pumps, dryer, filter & valves related drawings will be added advantages.

• To produce 2D drawings from BIM models with accuracy ensuring drawings produced are according to the Project or the Client's Drafting Standards and Procedures, and that the drawing submission schedule is achieved.

Experience / Skills

We are seeking a skilled Building Information Modeling (BIM) expert to join our team. As a BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and managing Revit project files for Air Conditioning, Mechanical, and Ventilation systems.

• Create and manage Revit project files in accordance with company standards and the BIM execution plan.
• Update and coordinate Revit models throughout the project development, ensuring accurate pipe routings, duct routings, and equipment families.
• Perform interference/clash checking within own model and/or against other disciplines to ensure seamless integration.
• Generate shop drawings from the BIM model, maintaining precision and accuracy.
• Manage project files to minimize file size and eliminate unnecessary objects, ensuring file credibility.
