Key Responsibilities:
- To prepare and facilitate design drawings using BIM and CAD technologies for building construction.
- To liaise and coordinate with Main Contractor and other trades for the cross-team support on BIM software.
- To ensure all models are compatible and BIM datas are made available to all project participants.
- To collaborate with design team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a degree/diploma/certificate in Architecture.
- At least 2-3 years working experience as a BIM Co-coordinator for Construction and Architecture projects.
- Proficient in MS Office, Revit and Naviswork.
- Knowledge of DGN, i.DGN, DWF or 3D PDF.
- Must know native formats of BIM authoring or BIM related applications for design reviews.
