We are seeking a skilled Resident Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the QP (Architect) in carrying out supervision for architectural works and its related works.

  • Assist Client/Consultants in monitoring and coordination of architectural works to be completed by Contractors, ensuring project completion, inspections, and handover.
  • Lead the architectural site staff to monitor, supervise, and inspect works as directed by the client and/or Project Consultants.
  • Review all project drawings and specifications, identifying any discrepancies or possible problems before construction work commences on site and throughout the project.
  • Ensure contractors comply with Building Control Act and Regulations, Codes of Practices, and requirements of building authorities and government agencies.
  • Observe and comply with site safety standards, submitting reports as directed, and ensuring works are carried out in a safe and proper manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in Architecture or accreditation with Professional bodies of equivalent standing as the Board of Architects, Singapore.
  • A minimum of eight years of architectural experience, including four years of design experience (including interior design) and four years of construction supervision experience in commercial mixed-use and office projects of similar scale and complexity in the local context.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural details, working drawings, and local construction practices.
  • Basic knowledge of C&S and M&E shop drawings.
  • Conversance with Singapore Statutes, Building Codes, and Regulations.
  • Experience in supervising building construction, architectural, and fitting-out works.
  • Good supervisory and leadership skills.

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Design Coordinator to join our team.


Roles & Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the work of modellers and drafters, ensuring timely submission of shop drawings in accordance with the Master Program.
  • Provide information / coordinate the offshore and onshore team, ensuring all designs adhere to relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines coordinators to ensure the models and drawings are in-line, review and verify consultants' / specialist's design drawings and translate them into shop drawings.
  • Monitor and manage the design process schedule, oversee site work progress, and provide support to construction team.
  • Ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards of all shop drawings, prepare and issue Requests for Information (RFI) to consultants when necessary.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Structure / Architecture or its equivalent.
