The Technical Engineering Manager at Mesh Bio, will lead a team of software engineers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable healthtech solutions. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in software engineering with at least 2–3 years in a team leadership or management role.
• Strong technical background in full-stack software development and familiarity with modern development frameworks.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams in agile environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in healthtech or regulated industries is a plus.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
