Responsibilities
Establish monitoring procedures that provide sufficient information on structural stability of structures subjected to horizontal and vertical movements.
Manage and maintain survey instruments and survey data and records.
Maintain surveying equipment in good condition and ensure regular calibration of surveying equipment.
Liaise with Registered Surveyors for pre-computation plan, drawing, setting out and as-built survey for Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP).
Requirements
Diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Building, Civil Engineering or equivalent recognized by SISV.
At least 5 years of site experience in building surveying and setting out works, preferably in building project.
Local knowledge in cadastral survey practices.
Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a "can-do" attitude.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
