Roles & Responsibilities:
To carry out all responsibilities of a Site Supervisor in a Construction site.
- Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specifications and quality standards through regular quality inspections with sub-contractors.
- Oversee daily operations at the site. Direct and supervise day-to-day activities of sub-contractors, ensuring the application of common operational procedures.
- Ensure material requisitions are issued in a timely manner to achieve the construction programme.
- Schedule, control, and monitor all sites and materials on a weekly basis. Ensure all work is completed according to the programme.

- You will function as the Acting WSH Committee Chairman in the absence of the Project Manager.
- You will ensure WSHO/Supervisor is provided with works, manpower, plant, machinery, and equipment schedules for advance planning for QEHS.
- You will provide adequate workers, materials, equipment, and tools for QEHS works progressive with construction works.
- You will ensure workers are issued with effective Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE).
- You will be responsible for prompt QEHS measures, inclusive of rectification works identified and highlighted by EHS personnel and Site Supervisor in routine inspection and WSH Committee Meetings.
- You will properly trained in QEHS Policy, Objectives, impact/risk assessment, relevant safe work procedure/operational control procedure, management programme, applicable legal, and other requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A background in construction management or a related field is highly desirable.
