You will be joining a passionate team managing Market Supply Chain for the International region ranging from South America to Australia. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of market supply chain performance by supporting implementation of automation, simplification and data visualization tools for Business and Performance reviews.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure a comprehensive set of performance indicators for the Supply Chain area, securing their relevance and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Work on accuracy across all platforms, including Kinaxis, Sceye, Plai, Tm1, SAP, and local dashboards in collaboration with the teams.
  • Identify automation and simplification opportunities to report and track performance across a complex and large region as International.
  • Design and build a comprehensive supply chain performance dashboard using Power BI.
  • Identify opportunities to replace manual reporting processes with automated solutions.
  • Develop scripts or workflows (using Python, Power Automate, Alteryx) to streamline data handling.
  • Ensure the dashboard reflects key metrics across demand forecasting, order fulfilment, inventory, destructions, distribution cost etc.
  • Build and support on setting action plans and follow-up on actions to build stronger tools, processes and upskill capabilities within the team.
  • Lead/support in collaboration with local teams, central teams (such as regional teams and the Project and Business Excellence Team) the agreed roadmap of projects and continuous improvements.

About you

Experience:

  • 2-3 years work experience (including internships and work-study programs) ideally in pharma/ Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector in supply chain, distribution and warehouse management, logistics and transportation.
  • In depth knowledge of key supply chain/logistics processes & current distribution best practices.

Soft and Technical skills:

  • Prior experience in Power BI/ other Data Visual.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint), Power Query for data handling and analysis.
  • Autonomy to lead projects.
  • Ability to manage cost performance & distribution execution.

Job Description

  • Design, deploy, and manage IIoT infrastructure, including sensors, gateways, and connectivity across Contract Logistics Sites.

  • Connect and configure smart devices (e.g., RFID, temperature/humidity sensors, vibration monitors) to track assets, inventory, HSSE tools and equipment health.

  • Develop real-time data acquisition systems for warehouse operations (e.g., order fulfilment, forklift tracking, condition monitoring).

  • Collaborate with SCADA/PLC, WMS, and IT teams to ensure end-to-end system integration.

  • Create and Set up cloud-based dashboards and APIs for data visualization, analytics, and automation triggers.

  • Monitor system uptime, device connectivity, and data quality through diagnostics and analytics.

  • Document IIoT architecture, protocols, and standard operating procedures.

  • Manage integration projects across ERP, WMS, and planning systems.

  • WMS interface and effective use of the system.

  • Identify and support automation opportunities in order management, logistics.

  • Identifying business or functional requirements and translating them into business and technology solutions.
  • Working with business units / systems units on process re-engineering and defining target operating module.Support Project planning with PMO ; identify resources required, establish project schedule, and estimate budget requiredAct as a liaison between business and technology users.
  • Coordinating with testing teams / users on System integration test and user acceptance test.
  • Support Team Lead in formulating mid-term plan and strategy to realize the plan.Support L1 and L2 teams to manage production applications owned by team by investigating functional and technical issues of the associated application.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information technology, Finance & Banking.
  • Supply Chain Finance system experience required.
  • Local graduates preferred.
  • Knowledge in Agile / Waterfall Methodology will be an advantage.
  • Familiar with business process re-engineering and solution design.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results with these stakeholders in a collaborative manner.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong ability to steer / influence positive outcome effectively.Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Work on any other projects as assigned.
  • Able to manage lite projects independently.
