· Optimise website – loading speeds and capacity, debug pages and fix broken links or images, update website content and review SEO
· Monitor and analyse site performance (eg: traffic, conversion, user experience and functionality)
Requirements:
· Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
· 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably across multiple industries ideally B2B verticals.
· Proven ability to manage multiple digital projects and campaigns simultaneously.
· Strong experience working with internal stakeholders and external agencies or vendors.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable working across functions and levels.
· Solid understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite), SEO/SEM platforms (e.g., Google Ads), and campaign management tools.
· Strong project management skills with a sharp eye for detail and deadlines.
· Tech-savvy and resourceful; ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
· Technical skills required: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS and programming languages.
· Basic graphic design skills ideal.
· Strong command of Chinese language is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
