Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Drives digital marketing plans for the hotel & 3 F&B outlets
- Assists to strategize and execute the hotel’s digital marketing communication plan and campaigns on a timely manner.
- Ensures high performance on digital campaigns through effective data analytics. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Supports corporate (Accor) and brand on digital marketing initiatives.

- Drives social media awareness
- Manages, supervises and/or create content for hotel’s social media platforms and drive engagement.
- Management of social media agencies to ensure optimisation of content engagement.
- Identifies potential social media influencers and executes programme to drive hotel’s awareness in the social media space.
- Manages hotel’s online Reputation
- Oversees online reputation management through reviewing responses for hotel across multiple platforms in a timely manner.
- Reviews and identifies digital partnership opportunities to support hotel’s operations and business objectives.
- Manages digital reporting tools for hotel and communicates reports internally as well as supervising action plans for improvements where needed.
- Performs any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, E-Commerce / Digital Marketing, preferably in the hospitality or lifestyle industry. Excellent English, both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content creation, and proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and META Business, etc,.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills
- Experience working with marketing partnerships and brand collaborations is a plus

- Provide regular updates and escalate issues early to avoid project delays
- Handle procurement processes, including invoice submissions
- Respond to ongoing campaign-related queries and operational issues
- Manage campaign closure and prepare post-campaign analysis reports
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree with at least 3 years of experience in: Portfolio management, Business development, Integrated or digital marketing
- Preferably with experience in the financial services industry
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
- Able to work across multiple teams and handle multiple projects
- Results-driven, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- High integrity, accountable, and a strong team player
- Adaptable and open to change
