Job purpose

To lead and oversee all QHSSE & marine operations of the managed fleet, ensuring full compliance with international maritime rules and regulations, flag and local requirements, optimal shipboard standards, effective crew management, and safe navigation practices across the fleet.

Responsibilities

  • In-depth understanding of international maritime rules & regulations, shipboard operations, and audit protocols.
  • DPA, CSO certified, internal auditor certified.
  • Proven experience managing navigational safety, risk management, incident investigation and crew performance.
  • Experience interfacing with Flag States, Class Societies, PSC, and Vetting Inspectors.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Operational Support & Implementation

Assist Masters in implementing the Company's Management System onboard vessels.

About the role
