About the job:
As we expand, we are looking for a proactive Recruiter who can manage the full recruitment cycle—
sourcing, screening, onboarding, and matching nannies to clients’ specific needs. You will be
responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying and hiring nannies to working
closely with families to match them with the right caregiver. This role requires a mix of recruitment
expertise, client management, and problem-solving skills to ensure both nannies and families have a
seamless experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients, understand their childcare needs, and position our services as the best solution.
- Convert leads into paying clients through consultative sales, needs assessment, and service recommendations.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with families, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat engagement.
- Manage client accounts, follow up on enquiries, and support package renewals or upselling of services.
- Recommend and match nannies based on the client’s unique requirements, ensuring a great fit for both the caregiver and the family.
- Act as a mediator between clients and nannies to ensure smooth communication and address any concerns.
