Handle end-to-end recruitment activities
Sourcing and screening of candidates
Work closely with the Business Development team to understand the requirements for the positions being assigned
Liaise with internal stakeholders and candidates for interview arrangements
Onboarding of candidates (eg: administering of letter of appointment)
Other duties as assigned

Preferred Experience
2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
Experience sourcing for financial services or advisory roles preferred
A sharp eye for talent and a passion for people
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms
