• Install, configure, and calibrate Semicon robots at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues and perform repairs or part replacements.
• Perform diagnostics, disassembly, and repair of returned robot units and components.
• Clean, replace parts, reassemble, and test functionality to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate repair records and provide feedback to engineering teams for product improvement.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspection, and submit technical service reports.
• Provide basic technical training and operational guidance to customers.
• Collaborate with engineering teams in Japan HQ for escalated technical support and analysis.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering
