Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Driving Instructor at ComfortDelGro Driving Centre (CDC), you will play a key role in nurturing proficient and socially responsible motorists via:
- Providing on bike/in-car/classroom driving instructions to learners to guide learners towards competent and safe driving/riding.
- Structuring and customizing lessons for learners in line with CDC's curriculum framework and Traffic Police regulations.
- Evaluating the progress of learners and offer necessary coaching to ensure readiness for assessment/test.
- Utilizing technology-enabled learning capabilities to complement the learning journeys of learners.
- Motivating and according quality services to learners via the delivery of learner and customer-centric approaches.
Requirements:
- Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
- Minimum Education Qualification: GCE 'N' Levels.
- Valid Singapore Class 3/3A Driving License with at least 3 years of good driving records (local/oversea).
- Excellent practical driving skills and knowledge.
- Good instructional, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for training and educating others.
- Preferably bilingual to communicate with diverse group of learners.
Working Schedule:
Full-Time (Shift Type: Permanent PM)
- Monday to Friday - 1430hrs to 2230hrs
- Saturday - 1230hrs to 1630hrs
- Sunday - Rest Day
Full-Time (Shift Type:Rotating Shift)
- Week 1: Monday to Saturday - 0800hrs to 1620hrs (AM Shift)
- Week 2: Monday to Friday + Sunday - 1600hrs to 2240hrs (PM Shift)
(It will rotate every two week)
Part-Time (3-day work week; at least 16 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday - 1830hrs to 2230hrs
- Saturday hrs to 1630hrs
- Sunday - 0800hrs to 1630hrs
