You would work on the leading RPA platforms, integrate them with AI solutions for computer vision and natural language processing, and use analytics to gain insights on both the processes and robots themselves. You would work on automation and analytics projects for leading organizations across different industry verticals such as Government, Defense, Education, Healthcare, Real Estate, Banking & Finance, Transport & Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing and Technology.

You would work on one or more technology domains such as RPA, Analytics, Cognitive Automation, Process Mining, Low Code Apps and Cloud. You would develop and enhance your technical skills and get certified in leading technologies such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Platform, Tableau, Azure/AWS Cloud and ML Services, Dataiku, Python , etc.

You would also gain experience in setting up Centre of Excellence, building internal capability and driving organizational change for leading organizations. You would contribute to the functional and technical design, plus the coding and testing of software applications to meet business requirements. You would also apply functional knowledge and technical expertise in the implementation of configuration changes and maintenance of software applications. At your projects, you would work on the functional and technical automation design, building software robots, training ML models, building visualizations , etc.

You’ll be part of a team delivering end-to-end technology consulting and implementation projects on the above-mentioned areas. Your responsibilities would include:

• Contribute to all phases of SimplifyNext’s projects (Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test).
• Interact & communicate with various Process Subject Matter Experts (SME) of the businesses to understand and analyze business problems and pain points to better define requirements required for the solution design.
• Gather and define technical, operational and user requirements, assisting with the conceptual of architecture and technical solutions design that are efficient, resilient, scalable, secure and reusable.
• Develop, configure and implement automation solutions or programs, scripts and objects on various platforms that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand in accordance with SimplifyNext's best practices and code standards.
• Identify or support the creation of all appropriate use cases/process scenarios and their expected outcomes that will be used during the delivery lifecycle for the process.
• Conduct user accepting testing and rollout phases with Process SMEs from the businesses and ensuring that solution has fulfilled the requirements.
• Provide support to the businesses in the post-implementation phase and support existing automations and implement change requirements.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma - preferably in Computer Engineering

SAP Functional
Partner with stakeholders to understand business and system requirements and deliver business value consulting services for clients.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, propose solutions and workarounds, oversee selection, and estimate resources to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Configure and customize SAP solutions to enhance functionality and optimize performance of software applications.
Serve as a knowledgeable broker, presenting cost-effective alternatives and highlighting the positive impact of NCS solutions to align with customer business goals globally, while supporting pre-sales activities.
Stay updated with the latest advancements, trends, and best practices in SAP technologies to ensure up-to-date knowledge and expertise.
SAP Technical
Design and implement scalable technical architectures that meet customer and business requirements.
Develop, maintain, and enhance SAP applications using technologies such as Python, SAP ABAP, SAPUI5, and S/4HANA.
Collaborate with the software development teams to translate functional needs into robust technical solutions.
Drive continuous improvement by enhancing system performance, implementing upgrades, and resolving application issues.

In this regional role, we are looking for a candidate with a Employee Benefits background and able to build a narrative from data.

We will count on you to:

• Be a strong team player and provide analytical support to Senior Consultants on the ongoing projects across rewards, benefits, talent analytics etc.
• Have experience working in the domain of compensation, total rewards and / or talent, preferably in an advisory environment.
• Conduct research and analysis to understand industry and organization-specific issues, including business strategy, corporate performance, compensation and rewards practices and trends, and best practices in talent management.
• Collaborate with various team leads / stakeholders, on rewards advisory projects, providing external market insights across industry segments
• Conduct research on reward practices, emerging pay and talent trends using public & proprietary sources.
• Contribute to client relationship building through event planning support, day-to-day communication
• Support in proposal development
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions.
• Collaborate with project team on most effective ways to structure analyses and present information to meet client objectives

What you need to have :

• A bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, math, accounting, or HR preferred, with about 2- 4 years of professional experience
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to independently initiate & complete task, ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• An analytical mindset & confidence in interpreting data driven insights
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Intellectual curiosity; seeking opportunities to develop new skills
• Ability to work in teams and be flexible to work under tight deadlines and changing client needs
