What will you do?
Project Management
- As project manager, manage infrastructure security deployment projects involving security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion prevention/detection systems, VPN, authentication, content filtering, anti-virus, patch management, data loss prevention, SIEM, etc.
- To ensure the project tasks are monitor, track and complete on time and negotiate with the customer if there is any delay or/and gaps
- Manage internal project team members and external vendor or/and partners
- Responsible for the project P&L, financial forecast and ensure the cost is within the budgeted cost
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 5 years IT project management experience
- Preferably a degree in IT equivalent qualifications with experience as project manager position in the SI industry
- Experience as a technical lead in migration projects, which involve security, LAN/WAN and servers.
- Knowledge or experience in firewall, IPS, IDS, VPN, authentication, anti-virus, content filtering, patch management, cloud security, web & database security, data loss prevention & SIEM is a plus point
- Knowledge or experience in LAN internetworking, including hubs, switches, load-sharing equipment and bandwidth optimizers is a plus point
- Knowledge or experience in OS-hardening, UNIX and Window platforms is a plus point
- PMP certification and CISSP certification is preferred.

The candidate will lead Test Automation design, development and innovation initiatives for Core Banking and Satellite applications, managing a team of test automation, SDETs and Load and performance engineers. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Test Automation frameworks and solutions using open source and conventional tools on on-prem and cloud platforms. Candidate should have very good understanding on Software Engineering, CICD, cloud and development tool stack.
YOUR CHALLENGEFunctional / Technical
- Design test automation framework and solutions for cloud and on-prem platforms, covering UI, api automation, service virtualization, CICD and test tool (JIRA, XRAY) integration
- Lead and manage test automation teams to ensure automation initiatives and delivery are aligned with business and technical goals
- Work with project stakeholders in the core banking and satellite applications domains to gather automation and nonfunctional testing requirements and define goals and solutions for the automation teams
- Drive the automation teams to pursue the latest tech stacks and industry standard practices
- Maintain automation and performance test repositories, ensuring seamless test execution and reporting integrated with the deployment pipelines
- Promote a culture and desire for innovation and consistent improvements in the test automation and performance testing areas
- Review and track artefacts produced by automation teams
- Define test strategy, automation approach, environment and test data management plans across applications, for big and small projects
- Work collaboratively with various project, business and operations teams to achieve goals

- Minimum years of experience in driving Test Automation strategies and technical solutions
- Private Banking experience including in Temenos T24 Core banking preferred
- Experience and Ability to provide technical solutions and adapt to latest tech stacks and innovations
- Expertise in working on Agile methodologies such as Scrum / Kanban / SAFE
- Experience in Automation and driving Automation strategy (Selenium, Playwright, STEP & other industry standard tools)
Technical
Must Have :
- Experience with Test Automation frameworks and tool stack like Cucumber, API Test Automation, Selenium, Playwright
- Expertise in Java
- Good understanding of cloud technologies (Azure preferred)
- Proficient with at least one CI CD tool stack (Gitlab preferred)
- Proficient with Kubernetes and Docker technologies
- Good understanding of Linux
- Good understanding on software engineering best practices, clean code policies, branching strategies, release processes, versioning etc
- Good understanding of streaming platforms like Confluent Kafka/ IBM MQ etc
- Experience in Load and Performance testing with JMeter, K6, Playwright
